Coaching - Educating - Facilitating

Coaching

I work with neurodivergent professionals who are ready to  move out of the "proving myself" phase of their career into a new chapter where they set the pace and tone of their work in ways that are aligned with how their brain and body work best. If you are ready to find the right balance of work and play to create a sustainable, healthy life in relationship with yourself, your loved ones, and the world around you, I can help you get there.

I offer a complimentary 30 minute discovery meeting for those interested in coaching, to see if we are a good fit. If you are interested to learn more, get in touch with me today by using this email form!

I trained as a coach with my late mentor Tammy Neilson from Creating Realities. I have been in private practice as a coach since 2016.

Education

I work with teachers, students of all ages, administrators, corporate, and non-profit groups in various sectors to deepen their confidence and knowledge about Indigenous Education. I work alongside Indigenous colleagues to deliver trainings, and lead workshops in dismantling White Supremacy on my own. I am currently a Lecturer at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education and the University of Toronto at Mississauga.

Facilitation

I am passionate about gathering people in one place to bring about transformative change. I am an engaging facilitator and dynamic speaker. I work with organizations looking for a fresh perspective on meetings, visioning, or debriefing.  I have facilitated large scale corporate meetings and smaller Collective Wisdom Circles. I work with tools such as Open Space Technology, World Café, and Collective Wisdom Circles to activate the knowledge and potential in groups. I have also facilitated Collaborative Inquiry processes with teams of educators to enhance the outcomes of Indigenous and non-Indigenous students in schools.
